Hi all,
With good SOPs in hands, we will gather in the end of March in Hamburg for a 2/3 days table top exercise. The objective is to test the SOP in order to validate them.

Orland was great. Pelle hosted us in the best possible manner. Congratulations again.
Some working groups did better than others (no I'm not going to tell you which one). The next milestone is 20 december. The Syndicate leader will distribute draft1 of their SOPs for comments.

2 news concerning our work on SOPs:
a. the C2 draft is now available online in the restricted area,
b. our next meeting is 31 Jan 01 Feb in Madrid; calling letter to be issued shortly.

Hi, as you know, the guys from my unit had problems going to norway so we miss the meeting. anyway i?m interested on taking a look to the SOP and make suggestions if I can get it.

A table/desk top exercise will be held in Hamburg in March to  test and validate the newly written procedures. Kev is seriously involved in helping organising it.
